Ken Gullette won martial arts sparring competitions from 1974 to 2006. He has coached champion students, too. This DVD was Ken's first instructional video. It includes demonstrations and explanations of strategies and tactics, along with actual tournament video showing the techniques in action.
Some people say tournament point sparring isn't "real" fighting.
