Ken Gullette has won numerous tournament weapons competitions using the broadsword. He has worked with the weapon for nearly 40 years. That experience adds a new level of information on this DVD. 

You will learn the Chen Broadsword form step-by-step, with multiple angles and an emphasis on internal body mechanics. 

Then, you will learn broadsword fighting techniques -- stances, deflections, blocks, cutting techniques. You will understand what the movements mean.

Ken Gullette studied this form with one of Chen Xiaowang's senior students - Master Ren Guangyi - and with two of Chen Xiaowang's disciples, Jim and Angela Criscimagna.

It's the shortest Chen style Taiji form.
