Learn the Basic Skills Needed for High-Quality Bagua

Ken Gullette gives you 2 1/2 hours of detailed instruction in the foundation skills of Cheng-style Baguazhang. You’ll learn Bagua's unique circle walking training method, different stepping techniques, the Eight Mother Palms, the tea-serving exercises (Bagua's silk-reeling exercises), and the pole exercises.

You'll also learn the 8 Basic Palms form and fighting applications for each of the movements — all taught with Ken’s clear emphasis on internal body mechanics.

Ken has studied and practiced Bagua since 1987. He has taught since 1997 and has demonstrated Baguazhang in tournaments.
