Sample Lesson - Hsing-I Chuan Fighting Applications - Tsuan Chuan (Drilling Fist) Part 1

Tsuan Chuan (Drilling Fist) is the second of the five fist postures learned by our students. It relates to the Water element. The fist comes up the centerline and spirals out. It's an extremely effective technique.

This video is a sample lesson -- Part 1 of Tsuan Chuan applications. In the video, Sifu Gullette coaches students on how to use this fist posture for self-defense and tournament action.
