Sample Lesson - Hsing-I Chuan Linking Form

The first Hsing-I form that students learn is Lien Huan Wu Hsing. It's pronounced "Len Wahn Woo Shing." It means "Linking the Five Elements." Students first learn each of the five fist postures before tackling this form.

It's a short form but it packs a lot of information. It's also a very good entry-level tournament form, even against karate and TKD competitors.

This is just a small part of the instruction on this website for this particular form. If you like what you see, remember that there is an instant money-back guarantee if you join and decide after one month that you didn't like the site.
